I’m a Cambridge economist turned entrepreneur, with a MA in Political Science from Columbia University. I’ve been studying organizational and human behavior for over 15 years, spanning education, technology financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, and many other industries.
In my previous role as a Regional Director at Gallup, I worked with Fortune 500 leaders around the world to implement analytics solutions to improve their talent and culture strategies. I co-founded EngageRocket in 2016, and we have since analyzed over 11M data points in the education and private sectors.
I’ve lived in Asia, the United Kingdom, and east and west coast USA. I now live in Palo Alto and am a proud father of three lovely children going to school at PAUSD, and a TEDx speaker on the topic of employee engagement and leadership.
